After the ACL reconstruction surgery on my Right Knee, its mandatory to undergo physiotherapy and though I thought it's just a waste of money going through the process, but just after 3 sessions I started feeling the difference and within 9 sessions I realised how wrong I was. Abhishek and his team did a complete study and identified the exercises to which my leg was responding. They helped me understand that it's not just my knee that I should look to strengthen but also my other muscles and my back which I've always ignored.
